Here at "DeeDee's Finest Beef Jerky" we try our hardest to shoot for perfection and consistency. To stay consistent we order ALL our jerky roasts "eye of the round". Eye of the round is one of the best tender roasts you can get to make jerky. We try to slice our jerky as thin as we can so every piece is full of delicious flavors.

TRIMMING

First off we freeze all our roasts so its easier to work with, then we trim all the fat off the roasts to prepare them to slice.

SLICING

Second we pull out the frozen roasts to get ready to slice. Slicing our meat frozen is how it allows us to get them so thin.

Third we tray the sliced meat to get them prepared to be deliciously seasoned.
